November 2007 - Kuredu.
My wife and I had never visited the Maldives before and were a little bit sceptical about how much we might enjoy it. We had always believed that it was for newly weds and weddings. It turned out to be one of the most enjoyable holidays we had ever had.
Kuredu is a beautiful tiny island (despite being one of the largest in the Maldives). The accommodation was great and the food exceptional.
We only went for one week and our days were crammed with learning to dive and snorkelling. We had a great adventure.
All our travel arrnegments were made through Steve Heaton at Explorer Travel. He gave us an exceptional service and found us availability and flights when other travel agents had failed. He even managed to get us a sea plane transfer at no extra cost which was fantastic.
